Habits are what shape us…. Unfortunately, our good habits are much easier to give up than our bad ones.

Personally, I am in the process of forming a habit of exercise 5 days / week. I know I am making progress because I get frustrated and stressed when I don’t make that goal in a given week – the habit is forming…. 🙂
